The wash cycle of life has many ups and downs and twists and turns. But through it all, Londoners say, „Whatever life throws at you, rinse it!“
In a London launderette, three Londoners in their forties and fifties tell their life tales. While their laundry is spinning, the viewer is drawn into a poetic animation that underpins the themes addressed by the protagonists. „Keep on Spinning“ is a film about the cycles of life; sometimes they‘re up, sometimes they’re down, but they are always filled with a gripping love for life.
